Located in Bannerman Crossings, Rae’s is a casual bistro influenced by where we are and where we’ve been.

We are thrilled to announce our latest venture, Rae’s, a new culinary concept in the heart of Bannerman Crossings, brought to you by Seven Hills Hospitality Group.

We were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to acquire Hemingway’s Bar & Kitchen’s location where we began building Rae’s on August 1st. Starting from the kitchen and working our way forward, we transformed this iconic space into a new concept with a familiar feel.

Seasonal Scratch Kitchen

Rae's is a casual bistro that draws inspiration from our surroundings and culinary heritage. Our scratch kitchen menu evolves with the seasons, embracing the coastal, southern panhandle, and Mediterranean influences that have shaped our culinary identity. It's a celebration of where we are and where we've been, served on every plate.

Crafted Cocktails and Creative Libations

Our cocktail menu takes you on a refreshing journey with a focus on mojitos and daiquiris that complement a Classic Cocktail Menu. Also featuring a discerning tap & wine list to pair with our plates.

Honoring the Past, Embracing the Future

We hold dear the legacy of our predecessors in this space and strive to do them proud by continuing their tradition of excellence in the community. We cherish what this space has offered for years and are committed to upholding that standard.

A Community Gathering Place

With Rae's, our mission is clear, to create an exciting neighborhood gathering place that seamlessly blends with our incredible neighbors at Bannerman Crossings. We are deeply honored to be a part of this vibrant community and look forward to being a destination that enhances the experiences you love.

Thank you for embarking on this culinary journey with us, see you very soon!

Warm Regards,
The Rae's Team

Rae’s is brought to you by Seven Hills Hospitality Group, the same owner as local businesses Liberty Bar, El Cocinero, The Hawthorn, Bar 1903, Black Radish, and newly opened South Station.
